ROLE DESCRIPTIONRodrigo Planter State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.The Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing general office tasks. They play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide administrative support to the office team, as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Handle general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- 440-insurance license is a must. If you don't have one we will reimburse you when obtained.
Compensation $33,280.00 per year
