"Esta agencia es una pesadilla, llamo para pedir alguna información y me dejan esperando o me trancan la llamada y nunca me la regresan, inicié mi póliza aquí el pasado febrero y hasta la fecha de hoy nunca recibí el formulario de acuerdo para firmarlo, lo solicité miles de veces y ninguna de las veces me llegó nada. Me cotizaron y los primeros meses pagué 95$ por mi Nissan 2008 y hoy pagué una factura de 200$ que según es porque nunca firmé un acuerdo que ellos nunca me mandaron. No los recomiendo en absoluto, si quieres perder dinero y recibir un mal servicio esta es la agencia perfecta. Por cierto, mi asegurador se llama Frank."

"I was with another State Farm agency for years until the owner finally sold and Inwas forced to change. Not by choice, my account was simply transferred to now this agency. The experience has been very poor, ooor customer service, poor communication, and what I feel as no concern for the customer’s portfolio. I have been a State Farm customer for over 20+ years and feel they are the best in South Florida. However in less than a year my auto insurance has gone up over $350.00 a month and have been given no heads up, no “let’s see how we can help”, nothing. I have sent emails, called and no replies or returns. This agency also watches over my homeowners and windstorm so I have quite a bit invested. I get that rates go up, but this much in less than a year?? Regardless I would expect those that watch over my policies would also watch over the best interests of my family and me. I may need to look for another agency."

"If I could leave NO star I would. Representative named Reina was SUPER rude. Did not want to assist what so ever with what I was calling about, kept telling me I should know how the agency works as If I was an employee there. Owner should really consider who he hires in this agency with that lack of respect. Will not be recommending this agency to absolutely nobody."

"Real a bad experience had with this state farm office . I was paying insurance for a car that was not mine by mistake of them. Hopefully there was not any accident during this period. They did not recognized any error on their side .i do not recommend this office , the responsability of the company was always denied by manager mr bernardo . Best advice i can give is avoid this office"

"I had a really bad experience dealing with this agency, I strongly suggest you look somewhere else for your insurance services, they make promises they cant keep, and when you need answers they simply are unresponsive or answer with a simple " I can't do anything" I m also taking my complain directly with State Farm as well."

"Do not work with Rodrigo Planter. Ever since I got my car insurance here it has been a nightmare. Nine months of overpaying and waiting for him to give me solutions. Promises and quotes have not been kept. Horrible experience. I’ve lost so much money here and have gained so much stress. Would give ZERO stars. Funny how my review should be the 14th review. Yet it says they have a total of 13 reviews at 5 stars. They blocked my review. Funny."
